Job summary

Justteachers is seeking a KS2 Teacher to join a specialist SEND school in the Clitheroe area. The role is full-time, starting September 2026, with shortlisting currently taking place.

The school supports children with ASD, PMLD and developmental delays, delivering a personalised, sensory-based curriculum to promote engagement and wellbeing. The ideal candidate has QTS and SEND experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with complex SEND.
• Knowledge of pre-formal learning and sensory integration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver highly differentiated lessons aligned to EHCPs.
• Utilise multi-sensory and therapeutic approaches to support early learning.
• Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic progress.
