Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Test Centre Associate for the Southwark site in London. You will invigilate driving theory tests and ensure secure, compliant delivery of tests for candidates across several shifts.

The role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are available, with a minimum guaranteed 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (where required)
• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high‑quality customer service
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure to short timescales and multi‑task
• Experience working with diverse customer groups
• Excellent judgment and decision‑making skills
• Flexibility in working hours including evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to candidates
• Check candidates' ID documents and book them in on the system
• Ensure integrity and security of tests and invigilation
• Supervise and invigilate tests
• Explain the test process to candidates and assist with queries
• Review tests and test centre schedules
• Open and close the test centre daily
• Meet candidate needs in line with the Equality Act and diversity approach
• Report incidents that could affect testing
