Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Test Centre Associate in Watford to oversee invigilation and the smooth delivery of driving theory tests. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while strictly following programme guidelines and company policies.

You will manage candidate check-in, maintain test integrity, and support in addressing queries. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required, with shifts including mornings, afternoons, and full days across six days per week.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timescales
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple activities
• Experience working with diverse customer groups
• Good judgement and decision-making skills
• Flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service
• Check candidates' ID documents and booking them in on the system
• Ensure the integrity and security of tests are maintained
• Supervision and invigilation of tests
• Explaining the test process to candidates and supporting with queries
• Reviewing tests and test centre schedules
• Perform daily test centre opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring the test centre meets candidate needs in line with the Equality Act and inclusion
• Handling and reporting incidents that could impact candidate testing
