We're looking for a skilled practitioner with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Scrub
  • Recovery
  • Anaesthetics

The Wellington Hospital - the UK's largest private hospital, rated "Good" by the CQC - is seeking an experienced and motivated Theatre Practitioner to join our dynamic and well-established theatre team. With 13 theatres and a reputation for clinical excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and forward‑thinking environment. Whether you're an ODP or Theatre Nurse, your expertise will contribute to delivering safe, high‑quality care across a wide range of surgical specialities. Experience in robotic‑assisted surgery is highly desirable, but full training will be provided. Knowledge of urology and orthopaedics is also highly valued.

If you're dual‑trained, that's a bonus‑but we're equally committed to developing your skills across new specialities through structured training and mentorship.
