Job summary

Reed in Partnership is recruiting for a Test Centre Associate in Ballymena. The role involves invigilation and the efficient delivery of tests, ensuring procedures are followed in line with DVSA requirements and Reed in Partnership policies.

You will provide high-quality customer service, verify candidates' IDs, and maintain test integrity. Flexible shifts include mornings, afternoons, full days, or evenings, with a starting pay of £13.45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Full UK driving licence (driving not required for all locations).
• Experience working with diverse customer groups.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure to short timescales and multi-tasking.
• Flexible to cover evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of customer service
• Checking candidates ID documents and booking them in on the system
• Ensuring the integrity and security of tests are maintained
• Supervision and invigilation of tests
• Explaining the test process to candidates and supporting with other queries
• Reviewing tests and test centre schedules
• Performing daily test centre opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring the test centre meets candidate needs in line with Equality Act and inclusion
