Job summary

Reed in Partnership invites applications for the role of Test Centre Associate - Ballymena. Based at the Ballymena Test Centre, you will invigilate exams and ensure the smooth delivery of driving theory tests under the DVSA programme.

The role supports the Department of Transport and supports diverse candidates in a fast-paced environment. You will handle candidate checks, provide high levels of customer service, and follow strict safety and equality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Full UK driving licence (driving not required for all locations).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure with short timescales and multi-tasking.
• Experience working with diverse customer groups.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility in working hours and days, including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Invigilation of exams and efficient delivery of tests to candidates.
• Ensure relevant procedures and guidelines are adhered to at all times.
• Strictly follow programme requirements and Reed in Partnership policies.
• Open/close test centre daily procedures.
• Explain test process to candidates and support with queries.
• Review tests and centre schedule.
• Ensure centre meets candidate needs under Equality Act and inclusion policy.
• Report incidents that could impact testing.
