Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Test Centre Associate in Lincoln to invigilate exams and ensure smooth delivery of tests at the DVSA test centre. You will provide high-quality customer service, verify candidate IDs, and maintain test integrity in a role with flexible shifts.

The Lincoln centre operates four days a week with occasional Saturdays; evenings and weekend availability are required. Full UK driving licence is preferred though not always needed.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure to short timescales and multitask to complete a variety of activities.
• Experience in working with diverse customer groups.
• Flexibility in working hours and days, including evenings and Saturday.
• Full UK driving licence (driving not required for all locations).
• Comply with Equality Act and Reed in Partnership policies.

Responsibilities

• Invigilation of exams and delivery of tests to candidates.
• Check candidates' ID documents and book them in on the system.
• Ensure integrity and security of tests at all times.
• Supervision and invigilation of tests.
• Explain the test process to candidates and assist with queries.
• Review tests and test centre schedule.
