Job summary

Pearson VUE in Lincoln, England is seeking a part-time Test Centre Administrator to support daily exam delivery and customer service at our test centres. You will assist with candidate check-ins, security procedures, and exam administration in a busy, friendly environment.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, attention to detail, and the ability to handle scanning devices; training will be provided. A positive team player with good English and Maths is ideal.

Qualifications

• Must have school qualifications in English and Maths.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work different days and times, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Welcome, greet and check-in candidates at the Test Centre.
• Comply with exams security and procedures and follow company policies.
• Verify candidate IDs and explain exam rules.
• Invigilate candidates during exams and assist with IT issues as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and ensure a clean testing environment.
