Job summary

Pearson VUE operates a global network of test centres delivering high-stakes exams. The Test Centre Administrator role involves welcoming and checking in candidates, ensuring secure exam delivery, and providing exceptional customer service in a busy testing environment at our Lincolnshire centres.

Flexibility is essential as centres open early and close late; some travel between centres may be required. The role emphasizes accuracy, attentiveness, and teamwork within a supportive Pearson VUE

Qualifications

• School qualifications in English and Maths required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
• Verify personal identification documents and explain exam rules.
• Invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with IT or other staff as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a secure testing environment.
