A leading supermarket retailer in Crawley seeks motivated individuals to join their team. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, assisting in store operations, and being adaptable in a collaborative environment. Candidates must be over 18 and are encouraged to apply for flexible hours, ranging from a minimum of 12 to a maximum of 20 hours per week, with starting pay rates from £12.45 per hour.
The table below shows the periods of time in the week when we would like you to be available to work. Availability windows and contracted hours will be scheduled within these times. You will have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We are happy to support flexibility for our colleagues; if the times you are available to work match closely but not exactly to the times we are advertising, we would still love to hear from you.
Days and times: Sun 18:00–22:00; Wed 18:00–22:00; Fri 18:00–22:00; Sat 18:00–22:00.
It is our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
The below outlines the responsibilities and expectations of the role, including customer service, product knowledge, and store operations. You may be required to accept deliveries into the store from time to time.
