Howdens Joinery Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow local customer accounts and win new business across your assigned territory. You will work field-based, building strong relationships with trade customers and collaborating with depots to drive sustainable growth.

You will manage opportunities from first contact to conversion, maintain accurate records, and benefit from a role with autonomy and clear targets in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales or winning new business.
• Excellent communication with trade customers.
• Must hold a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Win new business by proactively targeting prospective customers and turning conversations into accounts.
• Grow and manage the customer base across your territory in collaboration with each depot.
• Collaborate with depot teams to build account spend and drive trading frequency.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally from first contact to resolution.
• Keep data accurate on your activity and pipeline and share updates with the team.
