Howdens Joinery is recruiting a Territory Sales Representative to grow our local trade customer base across your assigned territory in the UK. This field-based role offers autonomy to win new business, nurture relationships with depots, and convert conversations into lasting trade partnerships.

You will manage your workload, collaborate with depot teams, and drive sustainable growth through proactive account management.

Qualifications

• Track record of winning new business in a field-based role.
• Confident engaging trade customers from first conversation.
• Self-motivated and resilient with drive to succeed.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to build product knowledge in joinery and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Win new business by approaching prospective customers and converting opportunities.
• Grow account base across territory and support each depot's performance.
• Introduce new customers to Howdens model and explain benefits.
• Collaborate with depot teams to increase spend and trading frequency.
• Maintain accurate data and pipeline visibility.
• Ensure health and safety standards in daily work.
