We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector seeking a highly talented medical device salesperson to join a supportive, ambitious, and fun team!

This is a fantastic chance to join one of Stryker’s smaller, fast-growing divisions in ENT. Our portfolio includes capital, consumables, and disposables supporting the evolution of surgical procedures within ENT. We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking sales professional committed to driving growth in their territory.

As a Territory Sales Manager within the ENT team, you will play a key role in a successful sales team that aims to help customers improve patient care and outcomes using our products. Your responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, and providing excellent customer service and patient focus.

You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sectors, including key opinion leaders, surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals. Your duties will also include conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, clinical training, and supporting cases in operating theatres.

The territory covers the North West of England, West Midlands, and North Wales.

Ideally, the Territory Sales Manager will reside within the territory.

What you need:

  • Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or a degree in sciences/business (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven success in medical device sales
  • Proven success in capital sales
  • Ownership mindset with a results-driven focus
  • Drive and desire to succeed
  • Alignment with our values: Integrity, Accountability, People, Performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen, preferably with NHS/private sector knowledge
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous
