As a Territory Sales Manager within the ENT team, you will be a key member of a successful sales team dedicated to helping our customers improve patient care and outcomes with our products. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, and providing exemplary customer service with a focus on patients.

You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sectors, including key opinion leaders, surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, clinical staff training, and supporting cases in operating theatres.

The territory covers the North West of England, West Midlands, and North Wales. Ideally, the Territory Sales Manager will reside within this territory.

What you need
  • Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or a degree in sciences/business (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven success in medical device sales
  • Proven success in capital sales
  • Ownership mentality with results-focused drive
  • Drive to succeed and win
  • Alignment with our Values – Integrity, Accountability, People, Performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen, preferably with NHS/Private medical sector knowledge
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous
