Howdens Joinery Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to expand our local trade customer base across your territory. This field-based role offers autonomy to manage workload, win new business, and develop long-term trade partnerships with depot collaboration.

You will build product and service knowledge in joinery and hardware, engage customers from first contact, and drive sustainable growth through strong relationships and teamwork. A full UK driving license is required.

Formación

• Experience in a target-driven sales role.
• Ability to engage trade customers from first conversation.
• Strong self-motivation and resilience in a field-based role.
• Willingness to learn product and service offerings in joinery/hardware.

Responsabilidades

• Win new business by approaching prospective customers and converting opportunities.
• Grow and nurture the local account base across the territory.
• Introduce customers to the Howdens model and how it delivers value.
• Collaborate with depot teams to increase account spend and trading frequency.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
