Howdens Joinery is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow the local customer base across your designated territory. You will win new business, build trust with trade customers, and drive sustainable growth with depot teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new business and meeting targets.
• Confident in engaging trade customers from first conversation.
• Self-motivated and resilient with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to learn joinery and hardware products quickly.
• Strong organisational skills to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Win new business by approaching prospective customers and converting opportunities.
• Grow account base across territory and support depot performance.
• Introduce new customers to the Howdens model and benefits.
• Collaborate with depot teams to increase spend and trading frequency.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally from first contact to resolution.
• Contribute insights and updates in team meetings.
• Keep data up to date and maintain pipeline visibility.
• Work safely in line with Health & Safety standards.
