Responsibilities

• Win new business by approaching prospective customers and converting opportunities into accounts.
• Grow the account base across your territory, supporting depots’ performance.
• Introduce new customers to Howdens, explaining how it works and its benefits.
• Collaborate with depot teams to increase account spend and trading frequency.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing account holders.
• Manage customer enquiries professionally from first contact to resolution.
