Job summary

• Orthopaedic experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market and gain market share for Stryker Joint Replacement products in the territory.
• Meet existing customers and create a business plan to meet challenges and exploit opportunities.
• Develop relationships with potential new customers through presentations and discussions about Stryker's philosophy and product benefits.
• Become a product expert by completing JR101 and JR201 training.
• Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures and deliver staff training as needed.
• Research, develop and execute territory-specific business plans with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain an Individual Development Plan (IDP) each year.
• Collaborate across franchises to optimise opportunities and relationships.
