Job summary

Allwyn UK is seeking a proactive Retail Training Specialist to train and support retailers across multiple territories, ensuring high standards and responsible play. You will manage onboarding, visits, and advocacy to drive The National Lottery sales and good causes.

You’ll travel across a large territory, build relationships with retailers, handle sensitive discussions, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• You’ll plan and deliver training and support to retailers across a wide geographic area.
• You’ll engage with retailers, handle challenging conversations, and promote responsible play.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritise training and sales-driving visits across a large territory.
• Record interactions on Retailer Journey platforms and support self-service tools.
• Manage difficult conversations regarding finance/security with retailers.
• Drive retailer advocacy and opportunities using data to prioritise new business.
• Ensure in-store standards across new trading stores and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with Retail Sales teams and participate in meetings and events.
• Maintain high integrity and support Responsible Retailing during visits.
