Job summary

BD is a global medical technology company seeking a Territory Manager for Interventional Oncology covering London and surrounding areas. You will drive growth of the Pleural and Peritoneal Access portfolio by working with clinical and commercial contacts across hospital and community care.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in NHS, MedTech or medical devices sales.
• Strong knowledge of NHS structures, purchasing routes and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to navigate extended decision processes and multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Full commercial accountability for territory performance, treating the area as a standalone business.
• Clear, data-led territory plans aligned with national and regional direction.
• Consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals across NHS accounts.
• Long-term professional relationships with clinical, procurement, finance and operational teams.
• Oversight of product evaluations, trials and adoption processes, including training and support.
• Growth opportunities identified through value-based conversations and care pathway improvements.
• Close collaboration with clinical specialists, marketing partners and sales leadership.
• Accurate forecasting, pipeline control and disciplined CRM use.
