Job summary

BD is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join its Interventional Oncology team within Peripheral Intervention. This field-based role covers the North region in the UK, with full ownership of the territory and accountability for growth and performance.

The role requires at least five years of successful sales experience in NHS healthcare, MedTech or medical devices, deep understanding of NHS structures and procurement, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ successful sales experience in NHS healthcare, MedTech or medical devices.
• Strong understanding of NHS structures, procurement processes and contract negotiation.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and long sales cycles.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Take full commercial ownership of your territory and deliver growth and performance objectives.
• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans focusing on Vascular Access and IO/PI products.
• Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets across NHS accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clinical, procurement, finance and operational stakeholders.
• Lead product evaluations, trials and adoption pathways with governance.
• Forecasting accuracy, pipeline management and CRM discipline.
• Represent BD in clinical education, innovation and collaboration.
