Overview

A fast-growing, innovation-driven medical device company is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales and territory growth across hospitals in North West UK.

Location: North West & M62 Area (to North Yorkshire)

Salary: £40k - £52k

Bonus: £15k (plus overage)

You will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and promoting products trusted worldwide in emergency and acute care settings. This role requires resilience, motivation, and the ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
  • Achieve territory sales quotas for capital equipment
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans to grow your territory
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with hospitals, EMS, and clinical teams
  • Deliver in-service education, product demonstrations, and clinical support
  • Maintain accurate account records, forecast sales, and report activity using CRM tools
  • Manage demo and evaluation inventory responsibly, ensuring all equipment is operational
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and enhance team performance
About You
  • Ideally 3+ years' experience selling capital equipment into hospitals
  • Proven track record of revenue and territory growth
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strategic, customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management and reporting capabilities
  • Professional, ethical, and motivated to succeed
  • Comfortable traveling 75-80% of the time and lifting up to 25 lbs / 15 kg
