Job summary

BMS Engineering Recruitment is seeking a field sales professional to drive growth in neurodiagnostic and respiratory equipment across the South of England.

The role targets NHS and private healthcare accounts, requiring a commercial mindset and the ability to build durable relationships with neurophysiologists, physiologists, biomedical engineers and procurement teams. A clinical background or prior NHS capital equipment sales experience is preferred, with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NHS neurodiagnostic medical capital equipment sales experience OR a clinical neurophysiology background.
• Commercial mindset and strong relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Established South of England territory with strong existing customer base
• Independent medical device company with 10+ years’years’ experience and an excellent reputation

The Role:

Manage and grow sales of neurodiagnosticneurodiagnostic and respiratory equipment across the South of England. Develop new business while maintaining existing NHSNHS and private healthcare accounts, building relationships with neurophysiologistsneurophysiologists, physiologists, biomedical engineers and procurement teams.

Territory:

South of England – ideally based in the Southeast.

Requirements:

• NHSNHS medical capital equipment sales experience OR a clinical neurophysiologyneurophysiology background
• Commercial mindset and strong relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence

Package:

£40,000-£50,000 basic DOE + £15-25k25k OTEOTE (paid quarterly), EVEV company car, pension, healthcare and 25 days’days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
