Job summary

Adore Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of medical devices across the North of the UK. This role suits healthcare professionals transitioning into sales, leveraging clinical insight to engage with key decision-makers.

You will build relationships, demonstrate equipment, attend industry events and manage your own pipeline with support from the UK MD and international team.

Qualifications

• Clinical/healthcare/fitness background with an interest in sales.
• Confident communicator with proven relationship-building ability.
• Willingness to travel across the North of the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a territory across the North of the UK.
• Generate new business and develop existing accounts.
• Meet with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Demonstrate medical devices and therapy equipment.
• Follow up leads and convert demonstrations into sales.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
• Provide product training and ongoing customer support.
• Manage your diary, pipeline and sales activity.
• Work closely with the UK Managing Director and international team.

Are you a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Personal Trainer or healthcare professional with a natural flair for building relationships?

Are you looking to take your career into sales, whilst remaining within the healthcare and medical sector?

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join a successful international manufacturer of innovative medical devices and therapy equipment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a clinical, healthcare, fitness or rehabilitation background who is commercially minded and enjoys working with people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and developing a territory across the North of the UK
• Generating new business and developing existing accounts
• Meeting with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
• Demonstrating medical devices and therapy equipment
• Following up leads and converting demonstrations into sales
• Attending exhibitions, trade shows and industry events
• Providing product training and ongoing customer support

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience as a:

Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential. What's more important is that you are:

• Happy travelling extensively across the North of the UK

£30,000 - £40,000 basic salary + commission + company vehicle
