Job summary

BMS Engineering Recruitment is recruiting for a Territory Manager to drive sales of capital equipment and medical consumables across South Wales and the South West. This field-based role targets consultants, anaesthetists, and procurement teams, promoting flagship devices and neonatal/critical care products.

The package includes £55-65K base salary, £30K OTE, a plug-in hybrid company car, private healthcare and 25 days’ holiday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in medical field sales.
• Proven experience selling into Theatre or Critical Care environments.
• Full UK driving licence.

Territory Manager – Capital Equipment + Medical Consumables

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established medtech manufacturer and distributor, with the vacancy created through internal promotion!

What You’ll Do

• Develop relationships with consultants, anaesthetists, nurses, procurement teams & buyers
• Work across Theatre, ICU, PICU & NICU environments
• Sell specialist medical devices and consumables
• Portfolio includes fluid & blood warming, hyperthermia pumps and temperature management
• Introduce neonatal screening & monitoring technologies
• Identify opportunities to expand the portfolio within existing accounts
• Drive new business and maximise territory potential

Who You Are

• Proven experience selling into Theatre or Critical Care environments – please add performance figures to your CV!
• Minimum of 2 years in medical field sales
• Full UK driving licence
