Job description

As Territory Manager, you'll take ownership of your region, building strong partnerships with clinical teams while driving sustainable commercial growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional colleagues and be trusted to manage your territory with autonomy, accountability, and care. What you'll be doing:

Responsibilities
  • Owning and executing a clear territory and account strategy
  • Delivering against quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Building trusted relationships with clinicians and stakeholders across pelvic health services
  • Providing clinical support in theatre during Sacral Neuromodulation procedures
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service efficiency and patient pathways
  • Managing inventory and working closely with Operations and Customer Care
  • Supporting education and training programmes for customers and colleagues
  • Representing the business at regional meetings, congresses and customer events
  • Maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM compliance (Salesforce)
Qualifications
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with high personal accountability
  • A collaborative approach and desire to be part of a high-performing team
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel across the territory
Desirable
  • Experience in Urology, UroGynaecology or Colorectal therapy areas
  • Medical device or surgical sales experience
  • Comfort working in an operating theatre environment
