Job summary

Smith Nephew is seeking a Senior Orthopaedic Sales Specialist to own a high-potential territory, partnering with surgeons and theatre teams to drive adoption of our revision portfolio. You will support complex procedures in theatre, develop targeted account plans, and lead product introductions and tenders.

The role requires clinical credibility and a strong track record in orthopaedic or medical device sales, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in orthopaedic or medical device sales.
• Experience in operating theatre environments.
• Strong track record of driving new business growth.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clinical stakeholders.
• Degree in Life Sciences or related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own a high-potential territory and drive growth.
• Build relationships with surgeons and theatre teams.
• Support complex surgical procedures in theatre.
• Lead product introductions, respond to tenders and discuss clinically and commercially.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Area Business Managers to win and retain business.
• Gather market intelligence and identify opportunities to convert competitor accounts.
• Expand use of advanced technologies, including robotics.
