Job summary

Stryker UK is seeking a dynamic field-based Sales Specialist to drive orthopaedic joint replacement growth across the territory. You will build strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals and payers, and aim to exceed annual sales targets.

The role requires hands-on product knowledge, theatre support, and delivery of staff training. You will develop territory plans, demonstrate JR101/JR201 courses as you progress, and collaborate with cross-franchise teams to win new business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical devices or similar.
• Strong commercial acumen with budget awareness for theatres.
• Proficient in MS Office; capable of presenting with modern media.
• Good understanding of anatomy and physiology is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market and gain market share for Stryker Joint Replacement products.
• Meet existing customers; create and execute territory business plans.
• Develop relationships with potential customers through presentations of product benefits.
• Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures; deliver staff training as needed.
• Coordinate cross-franchise collaboration to maximise opportunities.
• Maintain an Individual Development Plan and track measurable outcomes.
