Job summary

Smith Nephew is seeking a Senior Orthopaedic Sales Specialist to own a high-potential UK territory, working closely with surgeons and theatre teams to drive adoption of our revision portfolio. You will support complex procedures in theatre, develop targeted account plans, and collaborate with Account Managers to win and retain business.

The role requires a strong track record in orthopaedic or medical device sales, comfort in operating theatre environments, and a highly motivated, autonomous

Qualifications

Proven experience in orthopaedic or medical device sales.
Experience supporting complex surgical procedures in theatre.
Strong track record of driving new business and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

Own and grow a high-potential territory with NHS and private accounts.
Collaborate with surgeons, theatre teams and Account Managers to drive adoption.
Lead product introductions, support tenders and deliver clinical and commercial discussions.
Identify market opportunities, expand use of advanced technologies including robotics.
Develop and execute targeted account plans to increase market share.
