Job summary

Cosine Group is seeking a Business Development Executive in Chelmsford to represent Diageo brands such as Smirnoff, Guinness and Gordon’s in off-trade retail. You will visit retailers, promote the full brand range, build relationships and drive sales within your territory.

A full UK driving licence is essential. The role offers a base salary up to £28,500 plus up to £3,000 bonus and a company car, with training provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Previous off-trade retail sales experience is a bonus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out face-to-face visits into off-trade retailers on your territory.
• Advise stakeholders on promotions and raise brand awareness to boost sales.
• Use provided data to check stock levels and resolve issues.
• Ensure shelf space and displays are in place to maximise sales.
• Draw up bespoke business plans using local market knowledge and report outcomes.
