Job summary

CPM is recruiting a Sales Executive to represent Diageo brands across Cambridge, Chelmsford, Colchester, Southend-on-Sea and surrounding areas. You will drive field visits, educate licensees, and activate products in venues to boost sales and visibility.

The role offers £27,594 base plus up to £3,000 bonus, a company vehicle, pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance, and wellbeing benefits. A UK driving licence and strong people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Driver's licence valid in the UK.
• Field sales experience preferred; account management appreciated.
• Strong ability to build relationships with licensees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Field sales visits into on-trade venues in your territory promoting the Diageo spirits and drafts portfolio.
• Educating licensees on how to increase their alcohol sales and providing informed recommendations
• Activating the products in your venues using POS, sampling activities, menus, and other activations.
• Running quality checks to ensure consistent quality and serve standard for Guinness and Draught Cocktail.
• Reporting back insight and information gained during your calls Using your people skills to build strong business relationships across the On-Trade
