CPM UK is seeking a Business Development Executive to represent Diageo brands in the off-trade sector across multiple towns and cities. You will visit retailers, promote promotions, and drive sales for brands like Smirnoff, Guinness and Gordon’s. A full UK driving licence is essential, and you’ll work with a supportive team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Retail/sales experience in off-trade is preferred but full training will be provided.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyse in-store data to hit targets.

Responsabilités

• Visit off-trade retailers face-to-face across the territory and identify opportunities.
• Advise key stakeholders on promotions to raise awareness of the Diageo product range.
• Monitor stock levels and resolve any issues to maximise sales.
• Ensure shelf space and displays are in place to maximise sales and visibility.
• Develop bespoke business plans using local market knowledge and report outcomes after each call.
