Thomas Franks Ltd. in Birmingham is seeking a skilled Chef Manager to lead a catering team across the site, delivering high standards for pupils, staff, and visitors.

You will manage daily production, service, and the budget, while maintaining excellent customer service and adherence to company values. This role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours, term-time with 46 weeks contracted, based at a prestigious school site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of delivering excellent food standards.
• Hands-on Catering Manager leading food production and service.
• Proven ability to communicate with clients and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the catering team in daily production and service across the site.
• Deliver client-approved budgets and the company annual budget.
• Develop dining and hospitality facilities to standards.
• Prepare and report monthly and annual Profit & Loss statements.
• Coordinate food offers with client expectations and budgets.
• Ensure day-to-day operations year-round with staff motivation.
