Thomas Franks Ltd. Hindhead is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead the site’s catering team, oversee production and service for staff and guests, and work closely with the operations manager to ensure top standards.

This full-time, permanent role operates 40 hours a week during term-time plus location, with some Saturdays for hospitality; you will manage budgets, develop the food offer, and maintain food safety and customer service excellence.

Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering excellent food standards.
• Hands-on Catering Manager leading a team in food production and service.
• Proven ability to communicate with clients and deliver objectives.
• Competent computer skills and familiarity with standard software.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Analytical thinking and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the catering team in daily production and service across the site.
• Deliver both client and company budgets annually.
• Develop and maintain high food quality and service standards.
• Prepare and report monthly and annual P&L statements for Thomas Franks.
• Develop food offers in line with client expectations and budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of all catering facilities year-round.
• Motivate staff and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Food & Beverage policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain strong customer relations and open communication.
