Thomas Franks Ltd. is seeking an Executive Chef Manager in Tonbridge to oversee a fast-paced kitchen in a term-time school environment. You will lead food production, create seasonal menus and ensure top-notch service for around 700 students and staff, Monday to Friday during term time.

The role requires Head Chef level experience, strong leadership, and a passion for fresh, local produce. The position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic, supporting team at a premier independent education

Formación

• Experience at Head Chef level in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to plan and devise menus with seasonal ingredients.
• Strong food safety and HACCP awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Control Food Production and Service Production to high standards.
• Ensure Fresh Food standards and local, in-season produce usage.
• Plan menus for nutritional value and customer expectations.
• Ensure timely service and maintain stock levels during service.
• Maintain hygienic production and storage areas and comply with health and safety laws.
• Ensure food for sale is prepared to high hygiene standards.
