Harrow College's Learning Resource Centres seek a proactive Advisor to join the Digital Learning team at the Uxbridge and Hayes campuses. You will deliver frontline services to learners and staff, supporting access to print and electronic resources and digital learning tools.

You will assist in delivering the Study Skills programme, promote resource use, and maintain a positive learning environment for 16–18 year olds, in a busy, customer-focused setting during term-time.

Qualificações

• Experience in a busy, customer-focused environment.
• Good working knowledge of IT.
• Ability to address 16-18 year olds and manage behaviour effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline services to learners and curriculum staff, supporting access to print and electronic resources.
• Support student use of digital tools for independent online learning and assessment.
• Assist in delivering the Study Skills programme to develop, promote and support the use of resources and software.
