Job summary

Uxbridge College is seeking a proactive team member to support students in its Learning Resource Centres at Uxbridge and Hayes Campuses. You will deliver front-line services, assist learners with print and online resources, and help students use digital tools for independent study and assessment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering front-line customer service in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using IT tools to support learning and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line services to learners and staff in Learning Resource Centres at Uxbridge and Hayes Campuses.
• Support access to print and electronic resources and digital tools for independent learning and assessment.
• Assist in delivering the Study Skills programme to develop resource use.
