G2 Recruitment Group Limited is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer in Central London to manage a caseload of vulnerable residents with complex personal needs, mental health issues, and safeguarding concerns.

You will conduct home visits, draft and monitor personalized support plans, and provide guidance on Universal Credit and Housing Benefit. You will also work with health services, social care, and voluntary organizations to safeguard residents and maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal & communication skills essential.
• Legal & financial knowledge related to welfare benefits.
• Experience in case management and administration.

Responsabilités

• Case management: Manage a caseload of vulnerable residents with complex personal needs, mental health issues, or safeguarding concerns.
• Assessments & support plans: Conduct home visits and holistic assessments to draft, monitor, and review personalized support action plans.
• Income maximization & benefits: Provide specialist guidance on Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, Discretionary Housing Payments, and debt management.
• Safeguarding & welfare: Perform regular welfare checks, identify risks of domestic abuse or exploitation, and submit appropriate safeguarding referrals.
• Multi-agency working: Build and maintain networks with health services, social care, employment training providers, and voluntary organizations.
