Job summary

Barbon Group Ltd. is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to support tenants, landlords and letting agents during the tenant referencing process in the UK.

You will be the first point of contact, delivering clear information and helping customers feel confident throughout their journey. In this fast-paced role you’ll handle inbound calls and emails, build professional relationships and work with colleagues to ensure a smooth experience for all parties.

Qualifications

• Has previous customer service experience in contact centre, retail, hospitality or similar.
• Loves helping people and takes pride in getting things right.
• Communicates clearly and professionally over the phone and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails, answering queries and guiding customers through the referencing process.
• Build friendly, professional relationships with customers during a key moment in their lives.
• Provide clear, accurate information to help customers feel confident and supported.
