Job summary

Everyone Matters Homes in Barrow-in-Furness invites applications for a proactive Tenancy Support Officer to join our housing team. You will be the frontline contact for tenants, helping them navigate their tenancy journey and resolve issues with a compassionate, solution-focused approach.

You will manage leases and renewals, perform regular tenancy reviews, and work with our maintenance and reporting systems (Yardi) to keep records, rent, and requests up to date.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for tenants, guiding them through their tenancy lifecycle
• Assist with leases, renewals, and related documents to ensure clarity and compliance
• Conduct tenancy reviews to address concerns and promote positive engagement
• Use Yardi to maintain tenant records, rent payments, and maintenance requests
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address repairs promptly and inform tenants of progress
• Support eviction procedures when required, following legal protocols and respectful communication
