Warwick District Council is seeking a Building Surveyor (Career Grade) to join its Housing Assets team in Warwick. The role focuses on maintaining and improving council housing stock, delivering major projects, surveys, and budget management.

The role offers a permanent contract, 37 hours, hybrid working with office/site visits as required. Salary ranges from £32,046 to £47,665 per annum, with LGPS and additional benefits.

Qualificações

• Relevant built environment qualification, or appropriate experience.
• Experience of undertaking building surveys, managing resulting works and delivering major projects in occupied homes or business premises.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage planned maintenance and improvement projects for Warwick District Council housing stock.
• Undertake building and stock condition surveys and prepare specifications.
• Manage contractors, projects and budgets from inception through to completion.
