Hatty Blue Recruitment is partnering with a Manchester-based client to recruit a Tenant Experience & Front of House Coordinator for a temporary assignment.

You will welcome tenants, visitors and contractors, run the reception, handle enquiries, assist with tenant events and community initiatives, and collaborate with the building management team to ensure a polished, welcoming environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in reception, hospitality, concierge or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, approachable manner with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable and enthusiastic with a passion for customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome tenants, visitors and contractors and provide a professional reception service.
• Handle enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team.
• Support tenant events, wellbeing initiatives and community activities.
• Maintain a welcoming front-of-house environment and work closely with the building management team.
