Job summary

Catch 22 are seeking a Welcome Host / Front of House Coordinator to provide ad hoc cover at a prestigious commercial building in Manchester City Centre. This role focuses on delivering a warm, professional welcome and ensuring a high standard of occupier and visitor service.

You will work 8:00am–5:00pm on an initial 18–20 November block with 2 days’ paid training prior to the first shift. The hourly rate is £12.71, with potential for further ad hoc cover opportunities.

Qualifications

• Front of House, reception or hospitality experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, well-presented and approachable manner.
• Confident engaging with tenants, visitors and contractors.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Flexible and reliable with availability for ad hoc cover.

Catch 22 are looking for a professional, personable and customer-focused Welcome Host / Front of House Coordinator to provide ad hoc cover at a prestigious commercial building in Manchester City Centre.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong reception, hospitality or front-of-house experience who enjoys creating an excellent first impression and delivering a high standard of occupier and visitor service.

The Role
