Job summary

Bromsgrove and Redditch Council is seeking a proactive tenancy engagement assistant to work with housing service colleagues, supporting tenant involvement across housing services and ensuring tenants and leaseholders are heard and acted upon.

You will help run tenant panels, forums and scrutiny groups, assist the Housing Service Improvement Board and collaborate with officers and councillors to improve services.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a front-facing customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Support tenant engagement activities across the Housing Service.
• Organise and facilitate tenant/leaseholder panels, forums and scrutiny groups.
• Support the Housing Service Improvement Board and ensure tenant input is acted upon.
