Job summary

London Borough of Sutton is seeking a Housing Management professional to deliver an integrated service to tenants and leaseholders across a 250-property patch. The role requires proactive engagement with residents, councillors, and partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and robust tenancy management.

The post reports to the Lead Officer, Tenancy Services, with a minimum presence in the office/on-site four days a week.

Qualifications

• Deliver an integrated housing service to tenants and leaseholders, collaborating with ward councillors and resident associations.
• Proactive, customer-focused housing management to meet legal and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Be visible on the estate and ensure safe, well-maintained environments.
• Provide advice and support to residents.
• Encourage resident involvement to shape the service.
• Manage a patch of 250 properties across the borough.
• Report to the Lead Officer, Tenancy Services for Landlord Services.
• Office/on-site four days a week.
