Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in tenancy and estate management, with knowledge of standards and enforcement.
• Extensive experience managing customers with multiple and complex needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to engage diverse backgrounds.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.
• Enhanced DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Intensively manage a caseload of tenants with care and support needs to sustain tenancies.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop outcome-focused tenancy intervention plans.
• Link tenants with specialist services to address unmet needs.
• Monitor engagement with support services and safeguard vulnerable tenants.
• Collaborate with local authorities, social care, and health systems to secure support.
• Provide oversight of tenancy management throughout the support intervention.
• Review intensified tenancies with tenants and providers to assess readiness for transition.
• Work with Neighbourhood Housing Officers to manage communities with intensively managed tenancies.
