P3 Charity (People Potential Possibilities) is seeking a Tenancy Support Worker to join our housing and community service in Buxton and surrounding areas. You will help people with mental health needs by providing housing-related support, promoting independent living skills, and coordinating with partners across the county to achieve positive outcomes.
The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, and may involve travel as part of your duties.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00
Work Base: Office based with travel

As a Tenancy Support Worker, you will be working in our accommodation and community based service in Buxton and surrounding areas, providing housing related support to people who have a mental health need.
You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and help people to develop skills for independent living. Working closely with our partners across the county you will take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for people.
We are looking for someone with a can do attitude, the willingness to go the extra mile and ability to think outside the box. You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date.
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3
