P3 Charity is seeking a compassionate Night Support Worker to support young people at our 24-hour accommodation in Rugby. This site-based role offers a 38.5-hour week with a 4-on/4-off shift pattern and a Monday–Sunday schedule.
You’ll join a values-driven team focused on empathy, collaboration and making a difference, with the opportunity to contribute to high-quality support services. An enhanced DBS check is required and P3 supports wellbeing and development.
