P3 Charity in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness. You will act as a keyworker, helping individuals develop independent living skills and working in accommodation-based services across Milton Keynes.
The role involves collaborating with partners across the county to achieve positive outcomes, using a proactive, can-do approach and flexible problem solving to support people on their journey toward stability.
Hours: 39.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 7:45am to 8:00pm, 3 shifts on, 3 shifts off
Work base: Site based

As a Support Worker, you will be working in our accommodation-based services in Milton Keynes, providing housing related support to adults who are experiencing homelessness. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living.
You will work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for people. You must have a can-do attitude, be willing to go the extra mile and be able to think outside the box. You must be able make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.
