P3 Charity is recruiting an Information and Advice worker for the Nuneaton Hub to support adults with tenancy needs, acting as a keyworker and promoting independent living. You will collaborate with county partners to reach positive outcomes and maintain accurate records on our IT system.
The role is office-based with regular travel; a full UK driving licence is required, and the position is subject to an enhanced DBS check. We strive for inclusive, values-driven teamwork.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00

As an Information and Advice worker, you will be working in our Nuneaton Hub, providing housing related support to adults who are experiencing tenancy needs. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living. Working closely with our partners across the county you will take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals.
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, the willingness to go the extra mile and ability to think outside the box. You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date. You must be able make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
